I came to singing through community choirs, not formal training.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve sung with a range of groups and developed a practical, down-to-earth approach to improving and enjoying singing—without needing to get into complex theory.

I’m particularly interested in:

• harmony singing
• how groups work together
• helping people feel more confident and at ease with their voice

I currently sing with:

• Feast of Fools (a cappella folk quartet) #feast_of_fools_singing
• The Magnificent AKs

I also help organise Blokefest, a men’s singing festival and am a member of the Natural Voice Network.
